• Users must not attempt to circumvent the built-in AI safety constraints or ethically-aligned core programming.
• Software updates provided by NovaBotics must be applied within 48 hours to ensure system integrity and security.

3. Space Robotics & Observatory Protocols

For custom robotic solutions deployed in astronomical observatories or space exploration simulations, specific international space law and terrestrial light-pollution regulations apply. NovaBotics holds no liability for hardware malfunction resulting from extreme cosmic radiation beyond specified shielding levels.

4. Intellectual Property

All neural network architectures, proprietary robotic designs, and the NovaBotics name and logo are the exclusive property of NovaBotics. No reverse engineering of robotic chassis or AI algorithms is permitted under these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our robots are designed for highest precision, NovaBotics shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from AI-driven decision-making processes in domestic or enterprise environments.
