Secure AI Data Management Visual

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 2023

At NovaBotics, we are committed to the highest standards of data integrity and transparency. When you engage with our robotic assistants or AI integration services, we collect information essential for the optimization of your robotic experience. This includes navigation data for domestic robots, diagnostic telemetry for space-faring systems, and interaction logs for our AI consultation platforms.

Specifically, we collect:

  • Personal identifiers (Name, Email, Physical Address for delivery and maintenance).
  • Interaction Data: Voice command logs and task completion metrics to refine machine learning models.
  • Environmental Mapping: Encrypted spatial data used for localized navigation (processed on-device where possible).

We implement quantum-resistant encryption protocols for all data transmitted between your NovaBotics hardware and our cloud servers. Our AI governance framework ensures that data used for "training" is anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) before it enters our neural network improvement cycles.

For astronomical observatories and enterprise-level robotics, data handling is governed by strict non-disclosure and high-security isolation. We do not share operational data with third parties unless essential for mission-critical astronomical research or specific regulatory compliance in accordance with New York state law.

If you have any questions regarding your digital footprint within the NovaBotics ecosystem, please reach out to our privacy officer.
